HELPING HAND INTERNATIONAL
eleupchaar collaborated with Helping Hands International, an organisation under The United Nations to host a free virtual health care camp. Access to healthcare became increasingly difficult in the midst of a global pandemic, not only were people reluctant to visit hospitals, but many of them were unable to afford to do so. The virtual healthcare camp helped us address the grievances of patients as well as their physical and mental health.
Teleupchaar continued to fulfill its aim of providing accessible healthcare to slum dwellers in a collaboration with slum swaraj, an NGO working to uproot social evils and spread literacy. We provided consultation facilities to their patients via the virtual platform.
Medicine baba is an initiative by Mr. Omkar Nath to collect unused and excess medicines from the households and make them available to the poor who for free. Our collaboration with them, will allow teleupchaar to strengthen its initiatives as our tele consultations are supplemented by their medicines. Mrs Sacheen Gandhi, co founder of medicine baba, has been mentoring us throughout our journey.
Teleupchaar collaborated with HeathConnect Develeopment Network For Education, an organisation aiming to provide workshops, webinars, physiotherapy classes, personalised test series and rehab facilities while spreading awareness. We teamed up with their doctors who helped us provide tele consultation facilities to our patients.
Teleupchaar collaborated with you4ia, a student based fundraising organisation selling paintings and food items to raise funds for the welfare of the needy. In keeping with our vision of accessible healthcare and their vision of spreading smiles and extending help, we organised a bake sale. The proceeds were allocated towards supplying medicines to our patients at old age homes.

We held a live QnA session with celebrity nutritionist Ms. Shikha Sharma in keeping with our vision to raise awareness and inform people about the importance of nutrition and accurate and healthy ways to approach it, thereby helping them and their health as much as possible.
Teleupchaar collaborated with Mahaveer International, an organisation that specialises in and provides quality Eye Care & Health care to the poor & needy strata of society who can’t afford these basic rights. Our vision and eagerness allowed us to host a fruitful and successful eye camp sponsored by Sukhmal Chand Jain at the Swrag Virdh Aashram. Teleupchaar with the help of the excellent team of optometrists and doctors, para-medical staff and equipment, was glad to be of help to the many patients who were in need of check ups and wouldn’t otherwise have been able to afford them.
